乳化炸药浸水冷却生产工艺的改进
Improvement of the Cooling Process of Water Immersion in Emulsion Explosive
摘要：
通过对乳化炸药浸水工艺的产品质量进行跟踪，采用理化分析的方法分析检测乳胶基质中游离水份和炸药性能，找出浸水工艺中存在的问题。通过改进除水效果，进一步优化原辅材料及工艺，大大提高了乳化炸药的性能，特别是储存性能。
Abstract：?
Through tracking the product quality of the emulsion explosive using water immersion method, analyzing and determining the content of free moisture in emulsion matrix and the explosive performance by using physical and chemical analysis, the problems existed in water immersion technology were found. The performance, especially the storage performance of emulsion explosives can be improved by enhancing the effect of water removal and further optimizing the original materials and the process.
