从爆炸事故谈提高乳化炸药生产本质安全
Talking about Improving Essence of Safety in Emulsion Explosive Production from Blasting Accidents

摘要：  
对近年来乳化炸药生产过程中的爆炸事故进行了统计与分析，提出了乳化炸药生产过程中的爆炸的主要原因和须采取的预防措施。认为乳化炸药生产发生爆炸主要是因为原材料、设备摩擦、杂质及高温高压等。针对这几项原因，提出了要从炸药配方、设备选型、设备维护及自动保护装置上做好预防，以期从本质上提高乳化炸药生产安全。
Abstract：?  
The emulsion explosive production blasting accidents happened in recent years are counted and ana-lyzed in this paper. The primary causing and preventive measures are provided. It considers that the explosive produc-tion blasting is caused by such as raw material,equipment friction,impurity substance,high temperature and pres-sure. For improving the essence of the safety in emulsion explosive production,the preventive measures are provided whitch include explosive formulation,equipment selection,equipment maintenance,eutomatic protection,and so on.
